1. Refund Request Prior to Course Commencement: If a student pays the fee for any course (excluding short-term courses) and wishes to withdraw or request a refund before the classes/course commences at the institute, a refund of the tuition fee will be issued. However, please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.

2. Refund Conditions After Course Commencement:
       a) Within the First 10 Days: If a student decides to leave the institute within the initial 10 days from the commencement of the             class/course for any reason, a full refund of the tuition fee will be provided. However, the registration fee and material fee will not be subject to refunds.

       b) After 10 Days but Within One Month: In the event that a student leaves the institute after the first 10 days but within the initial month from the start of the class/course, the institute will make a deduction equivalent to one month’s tuition fee. The remaining balance will then be refunded. Please be aware that the registration fee and material fee are non-refundable.
      c) After One Month but Within Two Months: For students who decide to discontinue the course after one month but within the following two months, and have attended classes for the first five days before leaving, the institute will deduct the one-month tuition fee. The remaining balance will be refunded. Similar to previous conditions, the registration fee and material fee will not be subject to refunds.

d) After Two Months: If a student decides to leave the institute after two months from the commencement of the class/course, regardless of attendance, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
3. Refund Processing Time: Refund amounts will be initiated for processing only after two months from the official date of withdrawal.
4. Batch Commencement Date Consideration: The institute will base the refund calculation on the official date of commencement of the batch, rather than the date when the student joined the institution.
